Lee Flood, Pearson-Kelly Technology President

Announcing Lee Flood the new Pearson-Kelly President, solidifies the vision for PKT's future as a world-class technology provider.

Lee Flood Named Pearson-Kelly Technology President

Chelsey Bode, CEO, named Lee Flood  Pearson-Kelly Technology‘s president on March 4, 2022. Flood had been executive vice president for two years before the announcement and has been part of the Pearson-Kelly Team since 2014.

Since becoming Executive Vice President, he’s led our team to see a 50 percent increase in revenue across the board, including growth in all four significant lines of business: IT services, business phones, surveillance cameras, and copiers. As President, he manages PKT’s five department heads and all special projects.

Lee leads our team through the pandemic. I envisioned where I wanted Pearson-Kelly to go, and he made it happen.
– Chelsey Bode, Visionary & CEO

Visionary v Integrator

Bode and Flood hold official titles within our organization, but their roles are defined more by their position within the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), the business system Bode and Flood launched in 2019.

Bode is Pearson-Kelly’s Visionary. She’s responsible for building the vision and culture of our organization, whereas Flood is our Integrator. He’s in charge of implementing Bode’s vision and managing the day-to-day aspects of Pearson-Kelly operations.
