What kind of supplies can I order through Pearson-Kelly?

Supplies include toner, ink, waste toner, staples. and other parts, and these supplies are available to both unaffiliated and current Pearson-Kelly office equipment clients. Ask your sales representative about our automated toner shipment program!

When can I expect my supplies to be delivered?

You can typically expect supply orders within 48 hours from the time of order.

We also love to meet our clients and their staff in person, so order pickups are also highly welcomed. Our office hours are 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday. You can find us at our Spriongfield, MO location at: 2013 W. Woodland St. Springfield, MO 65807 or our Rogers, AR location at: 4104 S. Honeysuckle Ln., Rogers, AR 72758.

Please note that these delivery estimates are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances like inclement weather, holidays, and supply chain issues.

Can I order supplies for a non-Pearson-Kelly machine?

Absolutely! Feel free to put in an order using any of the contact methods on this page, and we will do our best to source the supplies needed for that machine(s). You can also ask for an ID sticker at this time if you want to use Pearson-Kelly for future supplies or service requests for this machine.

What supply alerts will my machine provide?

There are two main alerts that your machine will give you when it comes to supplies:

Low Toner

Your machine will warn you that your toner is getting low when it reaches the level of 20%. This is just a low-toner warning. Your machine is not out of toner.

Waste toner is nearly full

If you see this warning, call in a supply order for a new waste toner bottle. Printanista does not read waste toner levels, so you must call, email, or create a ticket for a new waste toner bottle.

If you have a Kyocera machine, your empty black toner will usually double as your waste toner. Your implementation team can let you know if this applies to your machine. Should this apply to your machine(s), please ensure that you keep your empty black toners on hand to replace your waste toner when full.

How does Pearson-Kelly's automated toner shipment program work?

When a machine has 20% of the toner left, Printanista automatically alerts the Pearson-Kelly supplies team. That team then uses two criteria to determine when your toner needs to be shipped to you.

• The current toner level
• Estimated date by which that specific toner will run out

If the estimated empty date is within ten days, the supplies team will create an order for the new toner. If the estimated empty date is outside of 10 days, the team will wait until the order meets the 10-day threshold to create a toner order.

What is Printanista?

Printanist is a data collection tool that automatically performs print assessments and monitors consumable levels and printer status. This is installed at the client’s site, and performs print assessments automatically on a scheduled basis.

Printanista uses historical trends in your toner usage to estimate your empty date. If you perform out-of-the-ordinary or high-usage print jobs, don't hesitate to contact the Pearson-Kelly supplies team so we can more closely monitor your usage and ensure toner is sent out on time.

Our client's favorite feature of Printanista is the ability to automatically collect meter readings. This enables you to have all of the monthly print information collected automatically and not needing to send to Pearson-Kelly manually.
