For Copier Support Issues:
We always try to fix your copier issues the first time we come out. In order for us to do that, we need to know:
• Your Name
• Your Business’ Name
• Your Contact Information
• The Equipment ID for the Machine With Issues
• A Description of the Issue You’re Experiencing
For All Other Support Issues:

The device’s Equipment ID can be found on the Pearson-Kelly Technology sticker on the front of the device.
Pearson-Kelly Tech Support is able to address and solve issues related to your technology infrastructure like computers or servers, as well as copiers and business phone systems.
To receive IT Helpdesk support, your business must have an active Helpdesk agreement. This includes support for your computers, network, Wifi and other general technical support issues.
To receive copier support or supplies, you must have an active maintenance agreement on the machine in question.
To receive support on your VoIP phone system, you must have an active managed voice agreement with Pearson-Kelly Technology.
